A: Free/non accounts files are kept for unlimited days. Premium accounts files are kept for unlimited days.

Q: How many files can I upload?

A: You can upload as many files as you want, as long as each one adheres to the Terms of Service and the maximum file upload size.

Q: Which files types am I allowed to upload?

Q: Can I upload music or videos?

A: Yes. Music and video hosting is permitted as long as you own the copyright on the content and it adheres to the terms and conditions.

Q: How much space do I get?

Free accounts get 53 GB GB of storage, but files will expire if they don't get at least 1 download per month.

Standard Premium accounts get 150 GB and files do not expire.
Extreme Premium Accounts get 53 GB of Storage and files do not expire
Downloader Accounts get 53 GB of storage and files do not expire.

Q: I forgot my login details

Q: Refund Policy

WeShare may approve a 30 day money back guarantee, after a review of Services utilized. For refund inquiries, we ask that you contact billing via e-mail [email protected] or our contact form. After being refunded, your account will then revert to a free account and be subject to the restrictions of a free account.
